Are required to be SafeSport trained and pass a background screen (Must be a member of USA Volleyball)
All one-on-one interactions Between Adult Participants and Minor Athletes Must be:
- Observable and interruptible.

All teams will check in at NW Jrs Beach Club. Player/coach/parent meeting will happen at 30 mins prior to the wave start time and then teams will be released to go to their respective court location.

Coaches will check in at NW Jrs Beach Club BEFORE play starts each day to recieve a wrist band. Coaches without a wrist band will NOT be allowed to coach their teams.

PRIOR TO REGISTERING FOR THIS EVENT (REGARDLESS IF YOU HAVE A USAV ID NUMBER)
Registration:
Regular: $138.31 per team through August 3rd. Registration will close at midnight August 3rd and no additional teams will be accepted.
No refunds on or after July 21st. If a refund is issued, a $20 administrative fee will be deducted
Teams are encouraged to register on the "Wait list" if a division is full.
Individual Players or Entire Teams May Compete in Multiple Age Divisions: If you choose to play in TWO age divisions you will need to register the second team / division seperately.
Age Divisions:
12 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011
14 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009
16 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2007
18 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2005 OR Players who were born on or after July 1, 2004 and a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during some part of the current academic year
DRESS CODE/ATTIRE: Uniforms are not required but are encouraged. All athletes are REQUIRED to wear a top, for girls it must cover your midsection when standing, and bottoms such as spandex, shorts or leggings. No bikinis will be permitted for any team. For boys it must be a tank top or t-shirt that covers the midsection when standing, and bottoms such as board shorts, athletic shorts. No brief type swim trunks.
